She is married with four children and when she isn’t busy working, she enjoys traveling to the coast and mountains and tailgating for Clemson football.

Laura Marchant Williams is a third generation Greenvillan whose roots run deep. She is a graduate of Converse College with a BFA in Interior Design and spent her professional career in sales and business development. Laura is a people person with a strong network of connections, who values cultivating new relationships and nurturing existing ones. She genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understanding the motivating factors behind their real estate needs. A native of the region, Vicki attended Wade Hampton High School and Anderson University before starting her career. Over the course of her real estate journey, she has expanded her experience to include commercial building and property management. Residential sales has been her passion and greatest area of expertise, and she is a licensed real estate broker in addition to holding the REALTOR® designation. In her free time, Vicki serves her community specifically through Alzheimers’s Disease awareness and fundraising, as well as general neighborhood activities. Lydia began working in the Real Estate industry in 2001 as an account executive for The Homes section at The Greenville News. She also worked with The Greenville Journal in the launch of their “Friday Homes Report” (now “Journal Homes”) in 2004. With the knowledge obtained in marketing Upstate area homes, she made the transition to become a licensed agent in 2012 and now works with buyers and sellers. Nick Lyons was born and raised in Easley, SC, and has called the Upstate home for 16 years. He currently resides in Greenville's historic Alta Vista area, just a few minutes outside of downtown. A consistently top producing agent, Bo Matheny, CCIM, CRS joined Marchant Real Estate with 30+ years of Greenville real estate experience, during which time he had closed on over $100 million of local real estate transactions.
